- 13 years as Health Care Executive at Prudential Insurance Company; ran various Managed Care Operations
- Managed other areas including Financial Services, Facilities Planning, and Field Office Leasing, sometimes managing staffs as large as 700

- Bachelor of Science from Tufts University
- Masters in Counseling Psychology from Boston University
- Certified as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation
